Terms
& conditions.
The SY PASTA partner programme is intended for entrepreneurs wishing to create or develop a pizzeria in collaboration with our company.
01 — Partner selection
Prior review and selection
SY PASTA does not work with every establishment or project owner. Every partnership request is reviewed and selected in advance. Sending an application through the website is neither an acceptance nor a promise of partnership. SY PASTA may accept or refuse an application based on its criteria, the location and viability of the project, and the candidate’s ability to meet the network’s standards.
02 — Minimum commitment
A minimum commitment of 24 months
When a candidate is selected and a partnership agreement is signed, the partner commits to a minimum period of 24 months, unless the agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. This period enables SY PASTA to invest sustainably in the partner’s launch and support.
03 — Partner benefits
Benefits provided for in the agreement
Depending on the offer and the signed agreement, SY PASTA may provide a professional oven, advertising signage, the SY PASTA management system, recruitment assistance, staff training, and support for launching and developing the pizzeria. The equipment and services actually provided are those expressly stated in the individual agreement.
04 — Partner obligations
Meeting standards and commitments
The partner agrees to follow the quality standards and procedures defined with SY PASTA, use any provided equipment correctly, and meet commercial and financial commitments. Dough supply, volumes, prices, payment terms and other commercial obligations are defined in the signed agreement.
05 — Equipment provided
Conditions specified for each item
When an oven, sign or other equipment is provided free of charge, ownership, use, maintenance and return conditions are specified in the agreement. Unless a transfer of ownership is expressly agreed in writing, free provision does not automatically transfer ownership.
06 — Early termination
Rules applying if the partnership ends early
Any termination before the minimum 24-month period is subject to the partnership agreement and applicable Moroccan law. In the event of a contractual breach, SY PASTA may request the return of equipment belonging to it and exercise the rights provided by the agreement and by law.
07 — Brand use
Controlled use of SY PASTA materials
The partnership does not transfer ownership of the SY PASTA brand, know-how, software, advertising materials or other assets. Any use of these elements must comply with the contractual terms.
08 — Partner independence
A legally independent entrepreneur
Unless the agreement provides otherwise, each partner remains legally and financially independent and is responsible for managing its establishment and staff, as well as its administrative, tax, employment and regulatory obligations.
09 — Final agreement
The signed agreement is the reference
The information on this website is intended to present the SY PASTA partner programme. Only the partnership agreement signed by SY PASTA and the selected partner definitively determines the parties’ rights and obligations. Submitting a form, contact request or online application does not automatically create a partnership.
10 — Governing law
Applicable Moroccan law
The partnership is governed by Moroccan law, including the applicable provisions of the Code of Obligations and Contracts. The arrangements for dispute resolution and the competent court are specified in the final agreement signed by the parties.
